When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. I trust God, so I am not afraid of what people can do to me! I praise God for his promise to me. Psalm 56:3-4 ERV

An antidote is that which neutralizes the effect of something very hazardous. Our text reveals what to do when fear confronts us.

Beloved, fear is the manifestation of the realization of our incapability in the presence of our challenges. Confronting challenges in the presence of our incapabilities is an inescapable and unavoidable part of human existence. There will always be many enemies attacking, shouting, threatening, trampling, hounding and snapping at you, therefore fear cannot be avoided, but can always be effectively dealt with and overcome. Trusting God says I acknowledge my inability and incapacitation in the presence of my challenges and circumstances, but they are and amounts to nothing before You Lord. You’re never incapacitated nor moved by my numerous challenges and enemies, therefore I refuse to be afraid when my inabilities and incapacitation becomes manifest in the presence of my challenges and circumstances, because You’re not just there for me, but more than able to deal with them anytime any day. Whatever that’s challenging, confronting and hounding you right now is nothing to God, therefore shouldn’t move you.

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I praise You because You’re aware of the challenging circumstances and situations that confront me daily and my inability and incapacitation in dealing with them. Thank You for not only promising, but actually taking them over and decisively dealing with them, every moment I display my trust in You. Today and always, I’ll trust You and watch as You defeat all my enemies and grant me victory in all situations circumstances confronting me in Jesus name. Amen.

It is a fact that a grain of wheat must fall to the ground and die before it can grow and produce much more wheat. If it never dies, it will never be more than a single seed. – John 12:24ERV

Death is generally seen as the end, ruin, loss or destruction of something or someone which accounts for the usual dread surrounding it. However, our text reveals a completely different dimension of death.

Beloved, the giving away of life or possession which is sacrificial isn’t only a loss but also a great gain, as it is a channel of multiplication and increase. On the surface, sacrifice is losing and reducing what you have, however in the loss and reduction of sacrifice, hides increase and multiplication. The falling to the ground of a grain of wheat and dying which guarantees growth, multiplication and increase, equals giving, losing and sacrifice. Good measures pressed down, shaken together and running over which defines increase and multiplication is only possible through death or sacrifice. Ecclesiastes’ “cast your bread upon the waters and after many days you’ll have it back” , and Jesus’ “whoever will lose his life, give it away sacrificially will gain it a hundred fold”, guarantees and proves, there will be no increase without a death, loss or sacrifice. Jesus exemplified this with His sacrificial death, that brought about the multiplication and increase of the sons of God. His statement: Whoever loves the life they have now will lose it. But whoever is willing to give up their life in this world will keep it, simply says, giving up and sacrificing what you have, your life, time, talent, wealth and strength for the Lord Jesus, is the sure and only fail-proof way of multiplying and increasing it.

PRAYER: Lord God and Father, teach me to always willingly choose to sacrificially give away whatever I possess, time, treasure, talent, wealth and strength that’ll be useful and needful to Your Kingdom and the anyone around me. In accordance with Your divine principle, today and always, I receive the multiplication and increase of whatever I sacrificially gave out because of You and Your Kingdom in Jesus name Amen.

So they took counsel and bought with them the potter’s field as a burial place for strangers. Matthew 27:7 ESV

The Potter’s Field is the name of the land bought by the leading priests with the betrayal money that Judas threw into the Temple when they rejected it. Our text reveals what it was for.

Beloved, the Potter’s Field or the Field of Blood is the burial place of visitor’s who died in Jerusalem. It exposes the hypocrisy of men, as exemplified by the leading priests that refused taking back the money, but rather willingly invested it to their advantage, thereby inadvertently taking back that which they rejected. Prior to the betrayal of Jesus and the return of the betrayal money, the burial place for visitors to Jerusalem had been a burden and problem to the priests. They had enough money they could have used in buying a burial place for visitors, but they never did, showing their selfishness and love for money. However, when Judas returned the money, they quickly used it to solve their problem and meet their need, while pretending to be pious. In what ways do we act like the leading priests? What things do we condemn, refuse and reject with one hand, yet turn to receive with the other? What need of ours do we refuse to meet while awaiting the return of betrayal money? What are the Potter’s Fields in our lives?

Happy are the people who live pure lives. They follow the Lord’s teachings. Happy are the people who keep his rules. They ask him for help with their whole heart. Psalm 119:1-2 ICB

Happiness is a pleasurable and satisfying experience from having all you need. Our text reveals the secret of experiencing it.

Beloved, every sane person desires but not all do experience happiness because happiness have a price tag and only those who can afford the cost can have it. The price or cost of happiness is connection with God. Happiness is a gift of God and only those who are connected and are pleasing to Him can receive this gift. Pleasing God means doing His will. No one who doesn’t know the will of God can do the will of God, also no one who doesn’t do the will of God can experience happiness or have peace. Happiness and peace come from the Lord through His help and His help is only available to those who follow His teaching, have lives that are pleasing to Him and do ask for His help with their whole heart. Do you desire happiness in your life, then connect to and do the will of God.

We have been made right with God because of our faith. So we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. – Romans 5:1 ERV

Peace with God is a state of contentment and equilibrium of the mind which brings satisfaction with nothing lacking in any dimension of the individual’s life. Our text reveals how this can be obtained.

Beloved, peace with God is the only thing that brings, guarantees and qualifies an individual for a divine visitation. Whoever is not at peace with God is His enemy, therefore can’t receive His visitation. Divine visitation brings Divine encounter which is the guarantee for Divine revelation. You cannot have Divine knowledge without a Divine revelation and Divine knowledge brings faith which is the guarantee for the manifestation of Divine plans and purposes. Peace with God is impossible without justification and justification can only be received through faith. Faith is a gift of God that comes through the Word and grants access to Divine grace which brings Divine glory. Peace with God or justification is only possible through the Lord Jesus. Whoever is and remains in Jesus Christ will always have peace with God and whoever has peace with God has access to everything that belongs to God with nothing lacking.

MAKING YOUR EXPECTATIONS A MANIFESTATION!
READ: 2 CHRONICLES 6:12-17

A manifestation is the act, process, or instance of making something or an expectation evident, certain, or a reality by showing or displaying it. Our text reveals how to make this happen to God’s promises.

Beloved, expectations come either from an ambition, aspiration, desire, or a promise. Any or all of the above can only come out of knowledge. Your degree of knowledge will always determine your degree of expectation, whereas your expectations will be defined and determined by your faith. Whatever you don’t believe, you won’t expect and whatever you don’t expect, you will do little or nothing towards experiencing, thereby leaving very slim chance of making it a manifestation. Every promise of God is bound to become a manifestation, all things being equal. The equality of all things is hinged on knowledge, faith and action. Any promise you know nothing about, you’ll not believe and any promise you don’t believe, you’ll do nothing to meet the required conditions for its fulfillment, therefore there’ll be no manifestation. Every promise of God becomes a manifestation through a definite, deliberate desire. Are you aware of any promise of God not yet a manifestation in your life, place a demand on God through prayers in accordance with His Word today and receive its manifestation.

PRAYER: Lord God and Father, thank You for all Your promises concerning me. Today, as I fulfill the conditions and make a demand through Your grace for the manifestation of every promise over my life that’s yet to be manifested, nothing shall by any means withstand it, therefore I receive its full manifestation right away in Jesus name. Amen.

Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, “Let the Lord be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.” – Psalm 35:27 NKJV

Pleasure is something or someone that causes a feeling of happiness, enjoyment, or satisfaction, and brings a pleasant or pleasing feeling. Our text reveals the Lord’s pleasure.

Beloved, a person’s delight and desire is that which he uses everything available at his disposal to accomplish, that which he stops at nothing in accomplishing. Peace and prosperity is a state of having the best of everything you need, without any lack in any area or dimension of your life. Your peace and prosperity if you are one of God’s servants, is what He stops at nothing, but uses everything at His disposal to accomplish. Since everything in heaven and on earth are His and at His disposal, your peace and prosperity being His pleasure, is as good as being accomplished. There exists no external reason you won’t be at and have peace as well as prosper. Experiencing all-round peace and prosperity is dependent first on becoming and remaining as one of God’s servant, secondly wanting what He wants and finally believing and receiving what He’s offering you. Invariably, your all-round peace and prosperity have been placed in your hands, and you’re the only one that determines the manifestation!

Stand up angrily, Lord! Rise up with raging fury against my enemies! Wake up for my sake and execute the judgment you have decreed for them! – Psalm 7:6 NET
Arise, O Lord, in Your anger; Lift Yourself up because of the rage of my enemies; Rise up for me to the judgment You have commanded! – Psalm 7:6 NKJV
Lord, get up and show your anger! My enemy is angry, so stand and fight against him. Get me the justice that you demand. – Psalm 7:6 ERV

Vengeance is the act of taking a revenge, doing something to hurt someone because that person did something that hurt you or someone else, or the punishment inflicted in retaliation for an injury or offense. Our text reveals how best to get this done.

Beloved, personally inflicting punishment on others in retaliation is a natural way of life, but it’s result isn’t the best. No sensible person ever wants anything less than the best, unfortunately we often don’t end up with the best, because of our manner of approach. Best results are the product of right attitude, which is the right thing in the right way and time. Many turn themselves against us and so become our enemies, hurting us deeply, therefore qualify for vengeance. However, because you’re ill-equipped for this, you sure do need help to execute satisfying vengeance. God offers you the best available option when He declared, “vengeance is mine”. Until His offer is accepted, He cannot be invited to rise up with raging anger and fury against your enemy and until He does you’ll never have satisfying vengeance nor receive the restoration of what the enemy stole from you. God is awaiting your invitation for vengeance and restoration.

“So may all your enemies perish, O Lord ! But your friends be like the sun as he rises in his might.” And the land had rest for forty years. Judges 5:31 ESV

Undiminishing strength is the state of not making to seem smaller, less important, having a reduced ability, quality or capacity for exertion, endurance, potency or concentration. Our text reveals the secret of undiminishing spiritual strength.

Beloved, undiminishing strength is an ever increasing strength. Defeats or losses are the consequence of experiencing a diminished or encountering an overpowering strength. Defeats usually lead to loss of life, territory and possessions. Obeying God is the only way of proving your love to Him, whereas loving Him is the only guarantee of not becoming His enemy. All His enemies must experience diminishing strength, defeat and death, whereas those who love Him will ever be increasing in strength, vitality and vigor like the sun when it comes out in full strength. Ever desiring never to know any defeat or experience any loss in any area of your life? It’s all in your hands, the choice is yours!
