Taking her by the hand he said to her, “Talitha cumi,” which means, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” Mark 5:41 ESV

Trials, troubles, and challenges are inevitable part of existence, meant to deprive us of joy. Our text reveals they can be turned into joy!

Beloved, the satanic agenda of robbing, stifling and snuffing out joy manifests in the daily challenges, problems, trials and troubles you experience. Peace is not the absence of the above but the knowledge of the presence of the Lord even in the midst of them. The Lord never promised us a problem free life, but victory in all the problems if only we’ll believe, trust and obey Him no matter how what we feel, hear or see tends to contradict the Word. When against all hope and in hopelessness you keep believing and hoping in Him and His promise like Jairus, He’ll never ignore you, but will certainly give the command “Talitha cumi” that turns trials, troubles and problems into joy!

Grace upon grace!
