He never doubted that God would do what he promised. He never stopped believing. In fact, he grew stronger in his faith and just praised God. Romans 4:20

ERV

Faith is born out of conviction, conviction out of experience, and experience out of undeniable proofs. Our text reveals a surprising turn in Abraham’s faith, an increase when it should decrease.
Beloved, waiting for an unfulfilled promise normally produces doubt and unbelief, however knowing and remembering the Promiser is a game-changer. Abraham’s knowledge that God’s able to do what He says, made him never doubt nor cease believing when everything says stop believing. Abraham rather kept praising God’s ability to deliver, which He did. No matter how impossible His promise may seem, no matter how long it have lingered, no matter how hopeless your situation, don’t doubt, but keep believing and praising Him, He’ll sure deliver and do what He said!

They asked, and he brought quail, and gave them bread from heaven in abundance. Psalms 105:40 ESV

http://bible.com/59/psa.105.40.ESV
Abundance, an integral part of satisfaction, is a covenant privilege of every child of God. Our text reveals the Jews had abundance of quail and bread in the desert where it was practically impossible because they asked.
Beloved, having EVERYTHING you want in abundance irrespective of your geographic location is God’s design and desire for you. However, this desire can only be fulfilled if you have a covenant relationship with Him and ask Him in faith. Every request of His covenant child God honors because such requests are under His covenant provisions. Therefore ask for WHATEVER that’s lacking in your life today and you’ll have it in abundance!

But I tell you that if anyone looks at a woman with lust, he has already committed adultery with her in his mind. Matthew 5:28 ICB

http://bible.com/1359/mat.5.28.ICB
Sex drive is a gift of God for pleasure and procreation. Our text reveals it can be very destructive like wildfire.
Beloved, adultery is generally believed to be intercourse with whoever’s not your spouse. However Jesus heightened it when He taught, it includes sexual desire besides for your spouse. Since the eyes controls desire and  cannot be shut while awake, your desire must therefore be under the control of the Holy Spirit to remain pure. This is very impossible without a relationship with God. Does your life show you truly do have one?

If the Lord delights in us, he will bring us into this land and give it to us, a land that flows with milk and honey. Numbers 14:8 ESV

http://bible.com/59/num.14.8.ESV
The Lord’s delight is His love; Whoever that does what He wants, whom He takes pleasure in. Our text reveals there’s no limitation to what He’ll do for Him.
Beloved, the Lord is usually crazy about His love, and does radical and outrageous good things for him. There’s nothing good that He keeps away from His love. Every promise He made He always fulfils for His love no matter how hopelessly impossible it may seem. There’s “a land flowing with milk and honey” awaiting your possession. In it everything you’ll ever need abounds. Your faith in His ability to do whatever He said, backed with obedience is all He needs from you. Will you believe and obey Him?

Because you love me, I will rescue you. I will protect you because you know my name. Psalms 91:14 GW

http://bible.com/70/psa.91.14.GW
Salvation is rescuing the loss from destruction, whereas protection is prevention of loss. Both spell security and our text reveals it’s available at a price.
Beloved, whatever you have lost, relationship with God or man, health, strength, wealth or position can be recovered and whatever you have, protected at the cost of knowing, loving and trusting the Lord. Thus, your degree of obedience to God determines the degree of security you’ll receive from Him!

Don’t let sexual sin, perversion of any kind, or greed even be mentioned among you. This is not appropriate behavior for God’s holy people. It’s not right that dirty stories, foolish talk, or obscene jokes should be mentioned among you either. Instead, give thanks ⌊to God⌋. Ephesians 5:3‭-‬4 GW

http://bible.com/70/eph.5.3-4.GW

Perversion is the  process of improperly changing something that is good. Our text reveals sexual perversion, greed obscene jokes, dirty stories and foolish talks are categorized together.
Beloved, the contemporary Church has witnessed all forms of sexual perversions and immorality more than any other. It has the highest level of greed, obscenity, dirty jokes and foolish talks ever. They’ve become entrenched in us to the point of almost becoming a norm. Our pastors bring them to the altar and we take pleasure in them. It’s very difficult these days to distinguish a believer and an unbeliever from their speeches and actions, a club and a church from their activities. Greed has driven many families into trauma through lotto, lotteries, pools betting, MMM and the likes. These are inappropriate! Let’s be filled with and led by the Holy Spirit and we’ll stay pure and not perverted.

When the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell with it. Numbers 11:9 ESV

http://bible.com/59/num.11.9.ESV
Manna was the angelic food God fed the Israelites on their way to the Promised Land. Our text reveals they didn’t labor or struggle for it, but it came fresh every morning with the dew.
Beloved, God never ceases to supply all your needs. He always use a known channel to provide the unknown. As long as the dew falls, the manna will fall; as long as the manna falls, they just have to wake up every morning and step out in faith to gather it and their needs will be met. Unless they step out, they won’t enjoy it. Every of your need is supplied daily by God, but you have to step out into your day by faith in His Word to receive it. Until you do, you’ll still be hungry whereas you have manna to feed on. Step out in faith to gather the fallen manna and end your hunger today!

But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil.  Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful. Luke 6:35‭-‬36 ESV

http://bible.com/59/luk.6.35-36.ESV
A Canon is an acceptable measuring rule or standard, which falling short is an error and sinful. Our text reveals the canon for dealing with our enemies.
Beloved, hatred, destruction and retaliation naturally should be the attitude to an enemy, because he’s the worst person in your life, who always plan and work against you. Amazingly, Jesus sets the opposite, love manifested in mercy and kindness as the canon. Your attitude to your enemies is a proof of the depth of your relationship with God. Is it below, up to, or above the canon? Do you really love your enemies? Remember, you never plan or pray for the destruction of whoever you love!

The Lord redeems the life of His servants; none of those who take refuge in Him will be condemned. Psalms 34:22 ESV

http://bible.com/59/psa.34.22.ESV
The guilty is whoever that has been judged and condemned. Normally what follows such is penalty and punishment. Until condemned, there’s no penalty. Our text reveals immunity to condemnation as the inheritance of God’s servants who take refuge in Him.
Beloved, immunity to condemnation means although crime was committed, but the penalty and punishment for it has been fully paid and served in Christ, this is the inheritance of His servants who take refuge in Him. If your penalty Has been fully paid and punishment served, no demon can afflict, torment or deny you of inheritance, so long as you’re His servant and do take refuge in Him. You can be His servant but refuse to take refuge in Him, therefore you’ll stand guilty and condemned. Taking refuge in Him, means accepting and believing what He said and did, and living it out no matter what seeming contradictions you feel or see!

But David learned of Saul’s plan and told Abiathar the priest to bring the ephod and ask the Lord what he should do. 1 Samuel 23:9 NLT

http://bible.com/116/1sa.23.9.NLT
Confusion is a natural phenomenon of living and a proof of the limitations of humanity. Without it there won’t be errors, therefore prosperity is guaranteed.  Our text reveals one of the confusions of David and how he dealt with it, which guaranteed his prosperity.
Beloved, God not being unaware of the grave danger of confusion,  provided channels of overcoming and soaring through it to prosperity. Your intimate relationship with Him and His Word guarantees hearing His voice, as well as obedience. Like David, your “Priest” should be invited whenever you’re unable to hear Him. This guarantees your continued prosperity!
