READ: MATTHEW 14:22-32

But while Peter was walking on the water, he saw the wind and the waves. He was afraid and began sinking into the water. He shouted, “Lord, save me!” Matthew 14:30 ERV

Keeping afloat is the ability of not sinking even when you’re supposed to, operating above the norm and in a different dimension. Our text reveals Peter operating above the norm, in the realm of faith, hence he kept afloat. Unfortunately he flunked and lost his faith and the new dimension when he lost focus on Jesus and ceased depending on Him and His Word.
Beloved, operating above the norm, walking on the storms amidst the raging waves and not sinking, keeping afloat, is the common and normal everyday life God designed for you. If you never loose focus of Jesus, depend on His Word and never see your environment, the wind and storms, you’ll always keep afloat. If you don’t focus on your environment, you’ll never loose your faith; and if you don’t loose your faith, you’ll always keep afloat. In other words you’ll know no impossibility, as you’ll walk on all storms!
Grace upon grace!
