READ:MATTHEW 12: 22-32

Or how can someone enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? Then indeed he may plunder his house. Matthew 12:29 ESV
A strong man is known primarily for his strength and ability to secure what he has. Our text reveals satan is a strongman and plundering him is practically impossible except he’s overpowered.
Beloved, all satan the strongman has are legally yours, which he stole from you. Whatever is lacking in your life he stole, thereby denying and depriving you of their benefits. Until you’re bold enough to attack him, you can’t discover he’s been  overpowered, and until you do, you can’t bind him. Until he’s bound, whatever he has is secured, and until they’re in your hands, they remain unprofitable to you! Jesus disarmed and overpowered him. All that remains is only for you to believe this and exercise your authority over satan, then you’ll have back all that’s yours that he stole!

READ: PSALM 110:1-7

The Lord has made a promise with an oath and will not change his mind: “You are a priest forever— the kind of priest Melchizedek was.” Psalms 110:4 ERV
A promise is a firm declaration, pledge or vow to do something. When a promise is mixed with an oath, it doubly guarantees what was promised must definitely be done. Our text reveals the eternally irrevocable priesthood of Jesus in the order of Melchizedek because of God’s promise with an oath.
Beloved, if Jesus’ priesthood is irrevocable and He’s eternally seated on the Throne, it implies your authority is equally eternally irrevocable as long as you’re in Him. God’s promise with oath, to answer you before you call for help, and to help you before you finish  asking is also eternally irrevocable and dependable. All you need is discover and depend on them no matter what you see, feel or hear, and they’ll surely come to fulfillment!

READ: PSALM 106:32-48

Again and again He rescued them, but they chose to rebel against Him, and they were finally destroyed by their sin. Psalms 106:43 NLT
Sin which is rebellion against God and His ways is synonymous with disgrace and destruction. Grace window is the period when sin can be forgiven. Our text reveals God employed every resource at His disposal to deliver and save Israel from the disgrace and destruction of sin during their grace window. Unfortunately, they kept turning against Him and doing the evil they wanted instead of obeying Him, until they were destroyed as a nation.
Beloved, like Israel, the Lord will exhaust every avenue and resource to rescue you from the disgrace and destruction of sin. However, if you continue in your rebellion, He’ll be forced to give up on and give you over to the destructive hands of sin, when your grace window expires. Now is your day of salvation, repent and return to the Lord and experience His deliverance and salvation before its too late!

READ: MATTHEW 14:22-32

But while Peter was walking on the water, he saw the wind and the waves. He was afraid and began sinking into the water. He shouted, “Lord, save me!” Matthew 14:30 ERV
Keeping afloat is the ability of not sinking even when you’re supposed to, operating above the norm and in a different dimension. Our text reveals Peter operating above the norm, in the realm of faith, hence he kept afloat. Unfortunately he flunked and lost his faith and the new dimension when he lost focus on Jesus and ceased depending on Him and His Word.
Beloved, operating above the norm, walking on the storms amidst the raging waves and not sinking, keeping afloat, is the common and normal everyday life God designed for you. If you never loose focus of Jesus, depend on His Word and never see your environment, the wind and storms, you’ll always keep afloat. If you don’t focus on your environment, you’ll never loose your faith; and if you don’t loose your faith, you’ll always keep afloat. In other words you’ll know no impossibility, as you’ll walk on all storms!

READ: ACTS 1:1-11

They said, “Men from Galilee, why are you standing here looking into the sky? You saw Jesus carried away from you into heaven. He will come back in the same way you saw Him go.” Acts 1:11 ERV
Same way means no difference or distinction in occurrence and sequence. Our text reveals the coming of Jesus Christ to restore the Kingdom to Israel, will be exactly in the same way as His ascension, publicly and suddenly but glorious.
Beloved, His ascension, enthroned you in heaven, far above the angels, principalities and powers as well as made everything subject to you. As a regent, you’re clothed with royalty and authority, which must be exercised through your words and the Holy Spirit is the seal. This, you must jealously guard with great caution, to avoid being caught unawares, since His return is going to be in the same way, suddenly and openly.

Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 ESV
The overcomer is the winner, victor, and conqueror. It usually usage conveys the idea of a raging battle. Our text reveals although the opposing camp is filled with numerous enemies skilled in the art of war, the untrained and unseasoned little children, always have the victory because they’re from God who’s greater than all and have Him in them.
Beloved, there will always be battles and oppositions raging in and around your life as long as you’re living on earth and strives to do the will of God. The opposing forces may far outnumber and out-skill you, but surely as long as you have God who’s far greater, and skilled than they in you, your victory is guaranteed. You’ll always emerge the overcomer, because Greater is Jesus in you than every trial, temptation, challenge or opposition you are facing or will face!

READ: MATTHEW 10: 32-39

Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. Matthew 10:37 ESV
Action is usually said speaks louder than words. It is also an undeniable evidence and proof of a claim. Evidence and proof produces conviction. Our text reveals the only evidence and proof of a claim of loving Jesus is gotten through a subjection to a test with filial love and loyalty.
Beloved, obeying Jesus is not easy, but its usually more complicated and difficult when it runs contrary to filial love demands. However, until you’re ready to painfully sacrifice filial love demands on the altar of obedience to Jesus, then you’re neither His, nor know and love Him. Until you prove before men that you’re His by your obedience, He’ll never prove in anyway and to anyone who cares, including you, that you’re His. Do you want to see His proof? The ball is in your court!

READ: I JOHN 2: 18-29

Let what you heard from the beginning abide in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, then you too will abide in the Son and in the Father. 1 John 2:24 ESV
Salvation is the product of continuity, because it occurs in the past, present and future tenses — we were saved, are being saved, and will be saved. Since salvation is a gift of God as well as a product of faith, and faith is a product of hearing the Word of God, our text reveals whenever one ceases from hearing the Word, faith ceases and whenever/wherever faith ceases, salvation also ceases.
Beloved, faith in the Lord Jesus brought, brings, as well as will bring salvation and solution to whatever you’re facing. Therefore, whatever situation you’re encountering right now,  any situation that you desire salvation in/from, be it sin, marital, financial, academic, health, social, or otherwise, all you need is first discover, then continue hearing and believing the truth taught in the Word for the moment. No matter how conflicting and contradicting your circumstances may seem, if you continue hearing and believing the Word, you’ll obey it, and if you obey and continue obeying it, then you surely will be saved!

READ: PSALM 118:1-17

All nations surrounded me; in the name of the Lord I cut them off Psalms 118:10 ESV
To be surrounded is to be cornered and brought to a point of no escape. Once surrounded in a battle, what usually follows is defeat and destruction. Our text reveals a contradiction to the norm, an unusual victory by the Psalmist  when surrounded by an innumerable army of the enemy like a swarm of bees; a hope in hopelessness!
Beloved, the Psalmist experienced this uncommon victory in the name of the Lord, or through the power of the Lord not once, but again and again. Recall, David defeated Goliath by invoking the name of the Lord. Jesus said, whatever you ask in my name, you’ll have. At the name of Jesus, before the power of the Lord, every other power is useless and victory is assured. Whenever the horde of satanic army surrounds you, whatever he brings your way, know you always have the power to defeat him because the Lord is with you and use this power!

Then the Lord gave Balaam a message for Balak and said, “Go back to Balak and say the things that I have given you to say.” Numbers 23:5 ERV
On their way to the Promised Land, Balaam was engaged by Balak to bring a curse upon them. This was meant to truncate and terminate their destiny, abort God’s plan and purposes concerning them, as well as annihilate them from the earth. Our text reveals a command to Balaam, making him a bearer of a disappointing message for Balak.
Beloved, to every divine advancement and elevation coming your way, there will always be some satanically orchestrated moves to abort or truncate it. There will also be an embodiment of evil, a Balak, that’ll be willing to  make whatever sacrifice to your detriment. But like the Israelites, when you busy yourself loving and worshipping the Lord, He’ll busy Himself, fighting your battle and sending disappointing word back to your Balak. Your inability to get to your Promised Land doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist, or that God is unable to bring you there, but that you were either entrapped or fell into a ditch. There’s always a Word from the Lord that’ll extinguish every satanic fire ignited against you, and revert every curse into blessing, when spoken to your Balak; a word that will fill every ditch and remove ever trap on your way and ensure you get to your destination. Hear that Word and speak it to your Balak today!
